Hold the test cassette horizontally with the sample and buffer wells to the right.

Measure the horizontal distance (X coordinate) in mm from the bottom right hand corner of the test cassette to the middle of the sample well and enter that measurement here.

Measure the vertical distance (Y coordinate) in mm from the bottom right hand corner of the test cassette to the middle of the sample well and enter that measurement here.
